Shannon Lark - SCARS Magazine Centerfold Pics

Written By: Ken Hulsey

Okay, before I get started, I know that the word 'centerfold' carries with it a certain stigma, namely ultra-hot posing completely naked. Thank you Hugh Hefner. Well if you came into this posting expecting to see nudity, sorry, I know young people read this thing, so no boobs. Sorry. However if you did come here looking for photos of an ultra-hot woman, you will certainly leave satisfied.

Shannon Lark is woman who wears many hats, and by that I mean she is a model, actress, director and writer. Today we are focusing on some of her modeling work, although I will get into some of that other stuff in a bit.

Shannon was kind enough to let me post a new set of photos of her, taken by Chelsea Clark in New Mexico (A place that I lived for 13 years....pity I never ran into Shannon back then) for an upcoming centerfold spread in both SCARS and The Darker Side magazines.

And let me say that no woman has made a WWII vintage leather flight helmet look so good.

Okay now on to the list of projects Shannon is presently working on. Let me start with films, and I'll use her words here:

"'Walking Distance' (Directed by Mel House): Starred with Adrienne King, Reggie Bannister, and Debbie Rochon. Should be released soon! (I'm the female at the end of the trailer)(See Below)

You really have to feel bad for the little girl in the trailer, she has suicidal tendencies, her neighbor is a child molester, and her father has 'The Shining' or something.

'Ludlow': A feature I'm shooting with filmmaker Stacie Ponder about a girl who goes absolutely insane in a motel room. We shot 106 minutes in two days and we are going for a feature length.

'Voyeur': A short film I just directed/starred in San Francisco about an extremely horrific sexual situation.

'Lipstick' (working title): A short film I'm about to direct/star in about a chronic masturbater."

......wait....woooow, okay, that one got my attention too!

Okay...um...here is some of the stuff she's presently doing online, in magazines and everything else:

"In association with Fangoria Entertainment and Upstart Filmworks, "The Horrific Independent": I'll be hosting a show that will air on Fangoria.com wherein I travel around the country and interview indie horror productions.

Chronicles of a Serial Killer: I write for Fangoria.com with a bi/monthly article:http://fangoria.com/blogs/the-spooksmodel-speaks.html

I'm also Fangoria's 2009 Spooksmodel, the ceo of The ChainSaw Mafia, the founder/director of the Viscera Film Festival (horror by women), and a director, writer, actress, and producer. I've written 6 feature length films and will soon start pre production for my first feature directorial debut, which centers around a girl who falls in love with a giant cockroach.

Geez...you really have to admire the working women in the horror biz, they work their asses off!

I mean, let's be honest, I work and boring 9 to 5, I write this blog, I.....um....bum around,....uh...play with a model train set....., um....hang around Starbucks...., uh....write this blog. Okay, I admit it, I'm a slacker.

I'm just nowhere as interesting as Shannon is.

Here are the photos from the Scars and The Darker Side magazine shoots, plus the trailer for "Walking Distance":
