Filming on the sequel to Gareth Edwards amazing re imagining of Godzilla (2014) has been taking place in Atlanta now for just over two weeks and the first on set photos have leaked out. Not much can be seen in any of the pics, all they contain are images of Warner Bros trailers and cars in all sorts of disrepair. In the year 1980, a secret military organization named SHADO (Supreme Headquarters Alien Defence Organisation) becomes operational. Its purpose is to defend the Earth from Aliens who've been coming to Earth and kidnapping humans. Quark is an American science fiction situation comedy starring Richard Benjamin broadcast on NBC. The pilot first aired on May 7, 1977, and the series followed as a mid-season replacement in February 1978. The series was cancelled in April 1978. Quark was created by Buck Henry, co-creator of the spy spoof Get Smart.

The show was set on a United Galaxy Sanitation Patrol Cruiser, an interstellar garbage scow operating out of United Galaxies Space Station Perma One in the year 2226. Adam Quark, the main character, works to clean up trash in space by collecting "space baggies" with his trusted and highly unusual crew.

In its short run, Quark satirized such science fiction as Star Wars, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Flash Gordon. Three of the episodes were literal satires of Star Trek episodes.

The series won one Emmy Award nomination, for costume designer Grady Hunt's work in the episode "All the Emperor's Quasi-Norms, Part 2".

The modern St. Patrick’s Day celebrations that will take place on Thursday, at least in the United States, will likely be characterized by commercial lucky charms and green beer—all of which has very little to do with the historical figure of the saint. The March 17 celebration started in 1631 when the Church established a Feast Day honoring St. Patrick. "The Brain That Wouldn't Die" Being Remade In Oregon - First Images

The 2016 remake of the same name, The Brain That Wouldn't Die is a satirical take on the story, utilizing both the intentional and unintentional comedic elements of the original, while bolstering the characters and plot. Directed by Derek Carl and written by Hank Huffman, the team behind the short film Bad Seed (2015) and the upcoming web series Y2K 2000 (2016), the remake proudly wears its influences on its sleeve, from the colorful gore-fest Re-Animator to the exceedingly funny The Man with Two Brains.
