On a seemingly ordinary April night in 2023, just before the clock struck midnight, two coworkers found themselves parked in a vehicle on a sprawling ranch, nestled outside Vernon, Texas. The air was thick with silence when one of the men, attentive to the night sky, suddenly caught sight of a large, dark-colored craft gliding smoothly towards the west. The vehicle’s engine was turned off, a deliberate choice to immerse themselves in the quiet of the night, and it was in that moment of stillness that the extraordinary caught their eye.
