Our dear friend Avery Guerra shot me an e-mail this morning pointing out the fact that the first teaser trailer for Bob (Bobzilla) Nelson's giant monster film "Sacrifice" had been posted on Youtube. To be honest the clip isn't much, it is simply text of the film's plot and a plea for fans to download the script to help fund the project. Fans who have been following this one will remember that we posted an article a few weeks back about the films financial problems, so it should come as no surprise that this trailer contains no footage from the film at all. In prior articles it has been stated by the production crew that they intend to keep the monster a secret, just like in Godzilla (98) and Cloverfield, so it is unlikely that we will see it in any future trailers as well.
Normally I wouldn't post a trailer without any film footage in it, but I really think this could be a worthwhile project, and from the synopsis in this clip it looks like "Sacrifice" should have a very interesting plot.
