The First Look At Brett Kelly's Iron Soldier

Director Brett Kelly was kind enough to send us the first photos from his follow-up to the remake of "Attack of the Giant Leeches" entitled, "Iron Soldier."

Production on the film began last Summer and so far there are only few details known about it.

The screenplay for "Iron Soldier" was penned by David Lloyd, who has been a "jack-of-all-trades" on several low-budget Canadian productions including the 1990 film “Deadline”. Recently Lloyd completed his first novel entitled, "Green Eyed Burn."

The cast includes the younger brother of Martin Sheen and uncle of Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen, Joe Estevez, plus Ottawa TV personality Derick Fage, young theater and commercial actress Jasmine Elizabeth Bowen and newcomer Brianna Barnes.

The plot revolves around the theft of an experimental robot from a secret government facility by a group of mercenaries.

Hopefully more info will be released on this one soon.

    I’m working on another script for Brett Kelly about Vampires. I gotta’ tell ya’ BK’s the ‘IRON SOLDIER’. The guy is unstoppable.
    ‘THE LEGEND OF VIPER’S HILL’, directed by yours truly and co-written with my cousin will be released in May 2009 by New Blood Entertainment.
    And thanks for the ‘shout out’. I just want to update you on some stuff. ‘DEADLINE’ was released by SC Entertainment some years ago as ‘DEAD STOP’ and I’m presently working on the final draft to my follow up to ‘GREEN EYED BURN’.
