Okay, now I know why The Governator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was in such a hurry to pass a new budget that taxes us Californians right into the poor house, he wanted to get back to Hollywood to shoot scenes for "Terminator Salvation"!
Yes, that's right, the original Terminator will be making an appearance in the film that is scheduled to hit theaters later this summer. Terry Crews leaked the news in a recent interview with MTV, although he admitted that he didn't know exactly what part Schwarzenegger would play, "I don't know; I haven't seen it. They only gave out pages of the script," Crews remembered. "It was crazy. It was very, very secretive. Believe me - when you see it, that will be the first time I saw it."
You would have to be brain dead if you didn't believe that Arnold's appearance would be as the T-800 Terminator that was seen in the first two films. Although some people have speculated that he may be only doing voice-over work for the film.
If you are named Sarah Connor, I would start running now.....just in case.
In other "Salvation" news, Industrial Light And Magic has released new design art for one of the machines killer robots, known as "The Harvester". Why it's called "The Harvester" is any ones guess, but I'm certain that we won't see it out in some field picking wheat.
While the rest of you are enjoying the movie, just take a moment to think about us poor Californians who pay the highest taxes in the country, thanks to good old Arney. I guess you could say that the Governator has terminated a good chunk of my income......ha ha ha ha ha.....cough......ahem.
Anybody got a buck so I can get a taco?

Hey Ken,
ReplyDeleteI don't know about this one. For some reason I'm skeptical. The trailer for "Terminator Salvation" just doesn't have that "Terminator" feel to me.
"T3" was such a good way to end the series. And I think it might've been better to leave it there with the knowledge that John Conner ultimately succeeds in saving humanity; whether audiences actually got to see it or not.
Plus, after two films showing John Conner at different stages in his life Christian Bale, to me anyway, just doesn't "fit" the character as we've seen him.
Who knows? Maybe "Terminator Salvation" will be huge.
But I'm betting that the movie hit of the summer will turn out to be "GI Joe".
