"Terminator Salvation" is not scheduled to be released until May 22nd of next year, but already the publicity machine is kicking into gear. On Tuesday night "Entertainment Tonight" will be the first to show the new trailer for the film, which will also screen before "The Day The Earth Stood Still." As expected some of the footage from that trailer has leaked onto the net. i09.com has the clip, and you can view that HERE.
Also there is a really cool "flash" poster that has been posted over at the Sony website. Now, when I say "flash" I don't mean that it takes off it's top and shows you the goodies. I mean that it is an animated poster. The image starts off as a satellite view of Los Angeles that "morphs" into a nuclear wasteland that....guess what?....looks like a Terminator skull. Some of you may find that cheesy, but I think it's kinda neat. You can check out the animated graphic HERE.
I'm not afraid to say that I'm starting to get kinda excited about "Terminator Salvation." I never thought that I would actually be looking forward to a new "Terminator" movie ever again.
