Since its inception in 1986, this annual celebration has turned into an extraordinary gathering of vibrant hot-air balloons and incredible live music, making it the most beloved festival in Southwest Mississippi. The event will take place from October 17-19, 2025, on the beautiful grounds of the historic Rosalie mansion located right in downtown Natchez.
Picture this: a stunning array of colorful balloons lifting gracefully into the sky, with the backdrop of Natchez’s charming atmosphere. The festival kicks off on Friday at 4 PM, followed by exciting festivities at 11 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Whether you’re coming with family or friends, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The weekend starts each day with breathtaking balloon flights at 7 AM on Friday and at 7:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday—weather permitting, of course!
To access the festival grounds, you’ll find three entry gates available on Broadway Street, Orleans Street, and behind the renowned Rosalie. Here’s a helpful tip: consider purchasing your tickets in advance! By doing so, you’ll gain access to a fast-track entry lane, allowing you to skip the lines and dive straight into the fun without any hassle.
