Get ready for a thrilling Halloween celebration in downtown Vernon! This year, we're pulling out all the stops on October 31, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the much-anticipated event, Munchkins on Main. It's going to be a spooky spectacular filled with fun for everyone!
As you stroll through the lively streets, you can expect local businesses to be generously handing out candy to all the little trick-or-treaters. But that’s not all! We’ll have trunk-or-treat locations sprinkled throughout downtown, providing even more opportunities for kids to collect their favorite sweets.
Join in the excitement with our Halloween-themed contests that will keep both kids and adults entertained. Delight in the chills and thrills offered by our Haunted House, where brave souls can experience some good old-fashioned frights! Don’t miss the adorable children’s costume parade, showcasing all the creative costumes, and let your artistic side shine at our pumpkin painting station, with pumpkins provided free for the kids.
And what’s a celebration without snacks? Enjoy delicious hot dogs, crunchy chips, and refreshing drinks available for purchase to fuel your festivities.
