**Halloween Costume Contest (5:30 PM)**
Do you have the spookiest, silliest, or most imaginative costume in town? Show it off at our Halloween Costume Contest at 5:30 PM for a shot at fabulous prizes! Don’t forget to swing by the Pet Costume Contest taking place just around the corner on 5th Street—our furry friends deserve a chance to shine too!
