James Stokoe Developing World War G

Comic book creater Brandon Graham posted a couple of pages of a new Godzilla comic book called "World War G" on his blog recently. Reportedly this new comic is presently being developed by James Stokoe.

"World War G" has not, as of yet, been picked up by any comic label. Reportedly Stokoe is just playing around with the idea of getting the project published at this point.

The last time I talked to Dark Horse Comics about a possible Godzilla comic book series to be developed by Todd Tennant, they told me that they still owned the rights from Toho. So if Stokoe ever plans to go forward with the project then he would have to deal with them.

Back when Todd and I were trying to pitch our idea to Dark Horse they had kind of a "lukewarm" response to the idea of publishing a new Godzilla series.

Maybe Stokoe will have better luck than Todd and I had?

I'm liking "World War G" already just from the pages you posted! I hope James Stokoe pitches it to Dark Horse Comics and gets them interested in publishing it!
