The Endless Parade Of Godzilla Posters Continues: Banner Poster Unleashed

What is more overwhelming than a titanic monster destroying one of America's largest cities? The answer, an endless parade of movie posters used to promote said monster, all generally based on the same theme, and hardly showing said monster at all.

Really, how many Godzilla posters do we need to see that only show his tail or backside as he walks away?

From Flicks and Bits

Warner Bros. Pictures has unveiled this latest poster for the much-anticipated ‘Godzilla.’ Described as an epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic ‘Godzilla,’ the adventure pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

The key cast for ‘Godzilla’ includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Sally Hawkins and Bryan Cranston. This new take on the classic ‘Godzilla’ franchise is set to kick off the Summer movie-going season on May 16th. Gareth Edwards (Monsters) is directing the creature feature centered on the giant city-destroying and monster-fighting lizard. The filmmaker directs from a screenplay by Max Borenstein, Frank Darabont and Dave Callaham.
