For decades there have been hundreds of Bigfoot sightings all across Canada. Recent encounters in the area of Houston, BC has lead experts to believe that there may indeed be a sizable population of the harry hominids in the area.
Within the last moth there have been three reported sightings of the upright walking creature on the native reservation in Moricetown.
There was one reported sighting on Halloween that was phoned in to Brian Vike, Director of HBCC UFO research, that involved a young woman who encountered a Bigfoot in her front yard as she went to retrieve her mail. According to Vike, “Allegedly, she was walking out to the mailbox and this thing walked in front of her.”
While there are reports of Bigfoot or Sasquatch in the Houston, TX area, as can be seen on my organization's website, this article is about reported Sasquatch sightings in the District of Houston, British Columbia, Canada.

My question is why doesn't a team like Monster Quest immediately mobilize to investigate recent reports like these, where there would be a better chance of possibly obtaining some kind of evidence, instead of dedicating a show to Bigfoot sightings that occured eight years ago???
ReplyDeleteI'm very glad that you mentioned that point. I was going to dedicate an entire post to that idea, but maybe I will just present it here.
ReplyDeleteI finally got a chance to see this weeks episode of Monster Quest last night.
In the episode a team of repected scientists revisited that cabin up in Ontario that gets frequent visits from Sasquatch.
I thought that it was very smart of them to set up cameras around the cabin to capture any potential Bigfoot that may come by.
That was a good idea.
Here is a better one. If you know that our hairy friends visit that one location regularly, then why not set up some kind of 24/7-365 day a year, cameras? You would be certain to solve the whole Sasquatch mystery once and for all.
My next beef was when the team learned of a recent sighting nearby and packed it up to investigate. They looked around a bit, found some potential tracks, and talked with the witnesses. Then left.
Why in Gods name did they not set up cameras in the area? The creature was just spotted in the area a day or so earlier and they believed it was still nearby.THEY HAD THE STUFF TO DO IT WITH THEM.
I just think that was a no-brainer. I was very disapointed in that flub.
I have the same beef with Destination Truth. They do find recent sightings to investigate, but they only spend one night in the area, then jet off. C'mon, you couldn't possibly expect to find anything that way?
I really agree with you. Why do these shows tend to investigate sightings that are months...or years old?
If they had a team ready, they should be able to scramble and get into a site within a day. If they did that, they may actually find something.
Okay...thats my rant.
i once saw big foot on my way to oregon on the highway it was like the woods many trees then when we were driving my son said he saw something then i looked otu my wndow and saw a creature that had long hair and it was was fast i saw it for like 3 seconds then it dissapeared
