Hisss Official Trailer and New Photo

Horror movie fans around the globe are quickly falling in love with Mallika Sherawat, the Bollywood actress who is making headlines for her portrayal of a half-snake-half-human in Jennifer Lynch' latest film "Hisss."

From time to time, over the past few weeks, a pirated copy of the film's trailer has popped up across the net. Causing the powers that be to chase them down and have them removed.

Dread Central was finally able to secure an approved copy of that trailer and posted it this morning.

I have to admit that the film looks better than what I was expecting. With these kind of films, you never know what you are going to get, but it looks like Lynch has put together a pretty intriguing film.

As of yet, there is no release date for "Hisss". It is certain that the film will hit the market in Asia first. Hopefully, due to all the Internet buzz that the film has generated here in America, we can expect to see the movie in some sort of limited release fairly soon.


Check out the wild publicity still that was posted at Bloody Disgusting (above)! Its hard to tell, just what is going on there? I can't figure out if Sherawat is preggo, or just in mid morph between snake-woman and human?

Anyway, it is a cool visual.

  1. Its hard to tell, just what is going on there? I can't figure out if Sherawat is preggo, or just in mid morph between snake-woman and human?Obviously, she just ate someone -- as the film synopsis in one of your earlier posts confirms.

    Urp.

  2. Good point Serpent! That didn't even come to my mind.....it's been one of those days.

    That gut looks certainly big enough to have a person inside.

    Still its odd that she seems to be in half-snake-half human mode, with both a snake body and legs.

    Sure is cool looking!
