The Busty Kano Sisters Become Anime Sensations

The "Gorgeous Kano Sisters" have now officially become Aime characters and if their latest American appearence is any indication, they may be set to follow in the footsteps of the j-pop duo Puffy Ami Yumi. The often outrageous pair made quite a splash at the "Otakon" convention in Baltimore this past weekend. The Kano Sisters were at the event to launch the "Abunai Sisters" DVD, which features ten 3-minute episodes of the busty crime-fighters Koko and Mika who are based on their likenesses. Presumably it was decided that elder sister Kyoko needed to have her name shortened for the non-Japanese audience. The animated heroines were created by Matsushita Susumu, one of Japan's leading character designers. The DVD is presently available for pre-order.
