UFO Report - "A conspiracy of men who cooperated with alien beings to create human alien hybrids."

Dang It! I hate it when stuff from the X-Files turns out to be true!

Background from The X-Files Wiki:

A hybrid is the genetically manipulated product of alien and human DNA as part of the colonization project run by the Syndicate. Some humans became hybrids via gene therapy while others were conceived through a hybridization process.

When the Syndicate concluded a sinister alliance with the alien colonists in 1973, an alien fetus was given to them in exchange for family members to be used as test subjects. This fetus granted them access to alien and allowed them to create a hybrid race between man and alien, paving the way for colonization. A scientific method was also taught so they could produce successful specimens; the Syndicate had previously invited Nazi and Japanese scientists to participate in early experiments using alien DNA taken from corpses found at the Roswell crash site in New Mexico with disastrous results. The alliance implied that Syndicate members and their families would be spared as they became hybrids and this hybrid race would become the colonists’ slave race. But the Syndicate didn’t simply agree to this; they secretly planned to elaborate a vaccine against the black oil so they could resist the hegemony. Based on the work of Russian geneticists who had found an interesting anomaly in identical twins, the Syndicate’s scientists managed to create healthy hybrid clone series. These clones had a human appearance so they could easily blend in, but had inherited the colonists’ caustic blood and some of their particular abilities such as breathing underwater and fast healing of the wounds. These attributes made them practically indestructible and they could only be killed using a weapon or an alien stiletto inserted at the base of the skull, the colonist race’s only vulnerable point. Some of these clones were produced using female abductees’ ova, others using human fetuses obtained in abortion clinics where Syndicate researchers worked. The embryo would grow in a tank filled with a greenish amniotic fluid until it had reached the desired development stage for the task assigned to the hybrid.

Now check out this gem from Yahoo! News UK:

Self-described ‘researchers’ have made some extraordinary claims about three-fingered mummies unearthed in Nazca Peru – hinting that the creatures may be alien.

The mummies were unearthed in 2015, and have been touted as evidence of ‘ancient aliens’ by UFO fans.

UFO researcher Steve Mera said this week that DNA tests show one of the bodies is 98.5% primate, related to humans, and 1.5% ‘unknown’.

Mera suggests that the creatures might be a new species of human.

Steve said, ‘We can confirm that we have evidence that the Maria body constitutes an incredible discovery.

‘A discovery that may cause us to alter our history books forever. She could be the most important discovery of the 21st Century.
Others are sceptical – pointing to the fact that some of the ‘researchers’ involved in the find are trying to charge people to download information from their website.

The World Congress on Mummy Studies has described the find as a fraud, and calls it, ‘an irresponsible organized campaign of disinformation.’

Hoax debunking site Metabunk has a detailed analysis here.

Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual said, ‘I think the whole saga of finding these mummies is laughable and they are very probably fakes.

‘If you think about it how would humanoid aliens with three long fingers survive? They would be incredibly clumsy and it seems doubtful they would be capable of making a cup of tea let alone a flying saucer.

‘It also doesn’t look good that this Earth shattering news was originally fed to us via a website you have to subscribe to, rather than through officially recognised scientific channels.

‘At the end of they day this is fake news delivered in a slick fashion to indulge our fascination with ancient aliens and UFOs.’

I think that the folks over at Ancestry DNA could solve this mystery in a jiff! Okay we have your results ... your 75% South American Native ... 20% Northern African ... and 5% Gliese (A planet 22 light years from Earth). According to the family tree you submitted online and your DNA we determined that your family migrated from Gliese to Peru in 300 BC. Your test also revealed that you may be <2% Kepler-22b ... but we can't confirm that with any accuracy.

David Duchovny has called on X-Files fans to stop focusing on Scully’s exit and just enjoy the season

From Screen Rant

With all this drama going down on the show, David Duchovny thinks fans should shift their focus away from Scully’s imminent exit and just try to enjoy X-Files while it lasts. Speaking to PopCulture.com, Duchovny talked about the over-blown discussion about Scully’s fate and the show’s future:

“It’s a little cart before the horse, for me. It’s like, OK, there are issues to deal with or whatever, but let’s talk about the show. Let’s not talk about hypotheticals.

To me, it’s unfortunate that’s kind of like ‘the headline’ because, to me, the headline is: We just made 10 really kick-ass episodes of television, and please enjoy and don’t mourn the death of this show quite yet.”

Duchovny may be frustrated with speculation about the show’s future, but creator Chris Carter doesn’t seem to mind it. Carter recently stoked that speculation himself by suggesting a way X-Files could continue beyond season 11 without Gillian Anderson. Carter admitted he hasn’t seriously considered the possibility of doing X-Files without Anderson. However, he then mentioned the possibility of Scully acting as an “absent center“ in a future season. Speaking on Anderson’s departure, Carter wondered aloud, “It’s the end of something, I don’t know if it’s the beginning of something new.”

The X-Files: Conspiracy Theories About A Show Centered On Conspiracy Theories

Presented for your approval are two vastly different reviews of last night's X-Files premiere episode "My Struggle III" from two mainstream media outlets. Interestingly enough both critics watched the same episode that we all did, but came away from it with two contrasting opinions on what they had witnessed. Upon reading these two reviews it can only be assumed that both writers had preordained agendas to spin their reviews to reflect their strong views on subjects that are on the forefront of every media outlet.

Yahoo! took the political approach (surprise) by making it about U.S. president Donald Trump:

The new 'X-Files' is obsessed with Trump

Remember when The X-Files was obsessed with alien abductions, conspiracy theories, and monsters-of-the-week? Well, it still is, but the new episodes that begin airing Wednesday night on Fox have a new boogeyman: President Trump. Show creator Chris Carter and other writers pepper the scripts with references to Trump’s current dislike of the FBI, one of the series’ key characters talks about “fake news,” someone else wears a red Make America Great Again cap. There’s more — much more (I’d almost forgotten about Trump accusing Ted Cruz’s dad of assassinating JFK — damn you, Chris Carter!) — but I’ll let you find all the rotten Easter eggs on your own.

The 10 new episodes represent the return of The X-Files, a continuation of the revival that began in 2016, and follow closely on the mythology spun out from those episodes. As is always the case, the season premiere is written and directed by Carter. It’s titled “My Struggle III,” to remind you of last season’s bookender episodes, “My Struggle” and “My Struggle II.” This new 11th season picks up where Season 10 left off, with the Cigarette Smoking Man and talk of a “global contagion.” The “struggle” of the title, although plural, can be ascribed to both FBI agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson). It’s always fun to spend time with these two — the characters and the actors. Indeed, as time goes by, it’s somewhat more fun to just appreciate the actors: Mulder and Scully remain fixed in their philosophical positions and reactions to various wild events, but Anderson and Duchovny have become more subtle performers who are using the fact of their middle-aging as an opportunity to present themselves as more sly, more self-aware, yet eminently comfortable with each other and appreciative of each other’s deepening skills. I wish I could say the same for Carter’s mythology, but, alas, the paranoid conspiracies that were so absorbing, the mythology that was once so satisfying to ruminate upon, has started to seem like dry, barren ground to be trod across, again and again, out of a sense of weary duty.

Entertainment Weekly focused their review on sexual assault, specifically rape, making the point that the series has always danced around the subject:

... But so too is sexual abuse and consent, and this show has a shaky history there. Scully was violated without her consent when her eggs were harvested during her abduction; Mulder found out what had been taken from her before she did. That experience kicked off a series-long story that was less interested in Scully’s emotional trauma than it was in “will-they-won’t-they”-ing her uterus: She couldn’t have kids! She might be able to have kids! IVF didn’t work! She had a baby anyway! But was the baby Mulder’s?

Even when not centered on Scully, stories about rape on this show have a hard time using the word “rape.” (Season 5’s black-and-white classic “The Post-Modern Prometheus” skirted around dealing with the monster as a rapist because the women he “impregnated” all wanted kids.) Now, in 2018, the Smoking Man tells Skinner it was “science — alien science” that made him the father of Scully’s baby. Euphemisms aside, the outcome is the same. The X-Files just went back in time nearly 18 years to add in the rape of its main character by its villain and to question yet again whether Mulder is William’s father. It’s baffling. It’s irresponsible. And even if not everything CSM claims turns out to be true, dangling a terrible possibility over our heads only to eventually disprove it doesn’t usually make for satisfying drama.

The Truth Is Out There

Gillian Anderson says enough is enough - will not return as Dana Scully

The X-Files” will return for Season 11 on Wednesday, along with its lead characters, longtime partners Dana Scully and Fox Mulder. But when the 10-episode commitment wraps up in late March, you can expect Scully is going to be out of the game, one way or another, as Gillian Anderson is clocking out of her gig.

At New York Comic Con in October, Anderson said the latest installment of the recently revived sci-fi classic would be here last — an announcement that rattled fans. And she’s still singing that same tune before this season’s premiere.

“I’ve said from the beginning this is it for me,” Anderson told TV Guide. “I was a bit surprised by people’s [shocked] reaction to my announcement…because my understanding was that this was a single season.”

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE - The Return of The X-Files

THE X-FILES originally premiered in September 1993. Over the course of its nine-season run, the influential series went from breakout sci-fi favorite to massive global hit, and became one of the most successful television dramas of all time. The show, which earned 16 Emmy Awards, five Golden Globes and a Peabody Award, follows FBI special agents Scully (Anderson) and Mulder (Duchovny) as they investigate unexplained cases – “X-Files” – for which the only answers involve paranormal phenomena.

'The X-Files' Boss Chris Carter Explains Mulder and Scully Split

From Yahoo! Movies

When The X-Files returns to Fox in 2016, the show's core partnership will be fractured: in the time since viewers last saw Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) — in 2008 feature, I Want to Believe — the franchise's central pair have broken up.

"We do it in an interesting way," The X-Files creator Chris Carter tells The Hollywood Reporter of his decision to break up the popular couple. "We play with that relationship [in the event series]. We put some of the tension back in that was relieved by them being together. It added to the storytelling opportunities. It’s something that I came up with; I had been thinking about it. There was always talk of [breaking them up] if we did another movie."

Fox first confirmed that Mulder and Scully would be split in the upcoming revival during its summer Television Critics Association session after reporters were shown a clip from the January premiere, "My Struggle," which indicated as much. The subsequent fan reaction to the news has been mixed, at best.

When the series first started, Scully was partnered with Mulder to debunk his paranormal findings, but the pair quickly bonded and took on an us-versus-the-world mentality. They kept things (outwardly) platonic for a while, until the duo a thwarted kiss during the show's first movie, Fight the Future. (Mulder also kissed a 1939-version of Scully during season six.) It took until season seven for the two to successfully lock lips. It was revealed at the end of that season that Scully was pregnant — though in true X-Files fashion, it took a year for the show to 100 percent confirm that Mulder was baby's father.

X-Files Wraps Up Filming As Twin Peaks Preps Production

From Screen Rant

As one ‘90s revival TV show wraps production, another ‘90 revival TV show begins production. Over in Vancouver, season 10 of The X-Files is about to finish up production, while Twin Peaks is heading back to Washington state for its own long overdue revival on Showtime. Back in the ‘90s, viewers had a love for both FBI agents and the supernatural, at least according to the popularity of The X-Files and Twin Peaks.

The X-Files followed the lives of FBI agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) as they investigate the paranormal and uncover the US government’s conspiracy regarding extraterrestrials. The show had nine seasons, spawned two feature-length movies, a comic book series, and is returning to Fox with a revival mini-series, which will be considered the tenth season of the show.

According to YVRshoots, David Duchovny just wrapped almost three months of filming in Vancouver. The actor shot his last scene with costars Gillian Anderson and Robbie Amell; the latter will be playing a new character in the series, Agent Miller. The fan-favorite Lone Gunmen were also spotted on the set, but unfortunately, no photographic evidence was provided.

From Canada to Washington state, the crew for Twin Peaks has started prepping for that show’s revival. The creative minds of David Lynch and Mark Frost brought Twins Peaks to ABC in 1990 and the show featured some of the most interesting surrealism to grace any broadcast network. As Agent Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan) investigates the murder of high schooler Laura Palmer, he finds that the town of Twin Peaks is not quite what it seems. 25 years after the show was cancelled prematurely, Showtime and David Lynch announced that the series would be revived on the cable network. Despite issues between Lynch and Showtime, the show is set to premiere in late 2016 or early 2017.

The first series was published by Topps Comics and ran for 41 issues from January 1995 to September 1998, coinciding with the second through fifth seasons of the television program.

In 1996, Topps published X-Files #0, an adaptation of the pilot episode, in order to test the market for a series adapting the episodes of the X-Files TV series. The issue was successful, and X-Files Season One ran for nine issues (August 1997 - July 1998). The series's name was provisional, and Topps in fact intended to adapt every episode, but never got as far as season two. The series was written by Roy Thomas, who would create a first draft for each issue by working off of the episode's script, then watch the actual episode and modify his work to account for changes made on the set.

MULDER & SCULLY UNCOVER THE PAST IN THE X-FILES: YEAR ZERO

From IDW

In its first year at IDW, The X-Files Season 10 has pitted FBI special agents Mulder and Scully against monsters, cults, conspiracies, and more, and now the duo will unravel a mystery that dates back to the very beginning of “the X-Files.” The brand-new five-issue miniseries,The X-Files: Year Zero, debuts this July with an original tale suited for both X-Files diehards and mystery fans alike!

In the 1940s, a shadowy informant known as “Mr. Xero” directed the FBI to a number of paranormal cases that would soon be classified as “X-Files,” which were reserved for the improbable and unexplainable. When faced with an eerily similar “Mr. Zero” in the present, Agent Mulder resolves to uncover the truth about who this mystery person is and their connection to these cases.

The multi-talented veteran Karl Kesel (FF, Superboy) makes his debut at IDW as the writer on the series. Vic Malhotra (The X-Files: Conspiracy: The Crow) andGreg Scott (The X-Files: Season 10) will be splitting art duties with Malhotra providing the art for the 1940s sequences and Scott drawing the present day storyline. Covers will be provided by Season 10’s Carlos Valenzuela, with pulp-novel-inspired subscription variants by Robert Hack (Doctor Who) and a retailer incentive cover by Eisner Award-winner Francesco Francavilla for the first installment.

“The origins of the X-Files unit of the FBI were only hinted at in the TV show, and we’re proud to present the story of how the precursors of our favorite paranormal agents established the division in the late 1940s,” says editor Denton J. Tipton. “I think Bing and Millie will become fan-favorites alongside Mulder, Scully, Reyes and Doggett.”

“I’ve always thought the 40s would be a wonderful setting for X-Files, with the Russian red menace, atomic mutations and flying saucers all lurking in the shadows— what I like to think of as ‘UFO Noir.’” said Kesel from an undisclosed location. “Of course, iconic characters like Mulder and Scully are a joy to write, and being given the opportunity to introduce their predecessors— Bing Ellinson and Millie Ohio— well, the truth is it’s all a little unbelievable to me. But the unbelievable is what X-Files is all about, isn’t it?”

With an upcoming board game from IDW Games, the ongoing Season 10 series, and now this new adventure into the past, IDW is the essential stop for fans of The X-Files! Stay up to date at facebook.com/idwpublishing!

Gillian Anderson expects 'X-Files 3' movie: 'There's a very good chance'

From Digital Spy

Gillian Anderson has said that she expects an X-Files 3 movie.

The actress said that she thinks that creator Chris Carter might already be working on a new script during her Reddit Ask Me Anything interview.

"I would say that there is a very good chance that Chris is in the process of writing it, and as with any creative endeavour, it needs time and space and patience, and I have no doubt that at some point, when it's the right time, and he is happy with it, it will see the light of day, and that will be the beginning," she said.

Anderson returned to the role of Dana Scully alongside David Duchovny in 2008's The X-Files: I Want to Believe, the second movie based on the cult television show.

When the X-Files show ended in 2002 after nine seasons, Carter promised that it would continue in a series of films.

IDW Publishing Set To Reopen THE X-FILES

Source: IDW Publishing

IDW Publishing and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products are thrilled to announce a partnership to publish an exciting series of works based on the legendary series, THE X-FILES. IDW's publishing plan includes reprinting collections of the classic issues published intermittently from 1995 through 2009, as well as creating brand-new X-FILES comics to launch in June 2013.

Over two movies and two hundred television episodes, THE X-FILES, is a juggernaut of science fiction-tinged intrigue, unique characters and carefully constructed stories. The show's popularity raged into the comic world, seeing successful series mounted by publishers Topps and Wildstorm. Despite this, new publishing has not been available since 2009's joint Wildstorm/IDW crossover - 30 Days of Night/The X-Files - leaving fans without a venue for the continuing sequential adventures of Mulder and Scully... until now.

"THE X-FILES is a classic property that helped redefine fans' expectations for the science-fiction and horror genres," said IDW's President/Chief Operating Officer Greg Goldstein. "The possibilities for new comic stories are virtually unlimited!"

"The fans of THE X-FILES have remained loyal to the series since its conclusion. What better way to continue the show's legacy and give back to them than through new stories in a different medium," said Jeffrey Godsick, President of Fox Consumer Products. "IDW has worked with a number of our Fox properties, and we know they're going to do great things with these iconic characters."

In 2013, fans of THE X-FILES will want to believe in new comics from IDW Publishing! The home of successful kindred series like 30 Days of Night, Doctor Who, and Locke & Key, to name a few, IDW is excited to bring the enduring legacy of THE X-FILES back to comics.

"Few shows have captured the zeitgeist and fans' imaginations like THE X-FILES, and fewer shows still have left people hungry for more in the way this one did," said Chris Ryall, IDW's Chief Creative Officer/Editor-in-Chief. "Our new series will be picking up where the second film left off, which will hopefully be as exciting for fans to read as it is for us to develop."

The X-Files Meet The 30 Days Of Night Vampires

Written By: Ken Hulsey
Sources: io9 / The Escapist

Crossovers are nothing new to comics, so when it was announced that Wildstorm was going to publish a mini-series featuring Mulder and Scully from "The X-Files" investigating a series of murders caused by the vampires from "30 Days of Night", I'm certain that nobody was overwhelmed by shock or surprise.

Though comic books that mash together pop culture icons generally fall rather flat and often times leave fans of both properties shaking their heads, this melding of TV's most popular FBI agents and movie land's most ruthless blood-suckers looks, at least on the outset, like a different breed of cat.

At least Wildstorm has assembled a rather interesting, and talented, team for this "The X-Files: 30 Days of Night" short run. The story for this one comes from a creative collaboration between original '30 Days' creators Steve Niles and Adam Jones along with Tool guitarist Adam Jones, with artwork by Tom Mandrake (The Spectre).

Here is the story:

When evidence of a possible cannibal killer in Wainright, Alaska draws the attention of the FBI, Agents Mulder and Scully draw the less-than-glamorous assignment. But all is not as it seems once the agents are on the ground. Not only has the long seasonal darkness begun to fall, but there's something unnatural about a few of the locals. And what does a chilling, mysterious black ship have to do with the murders?

Don't Mulder and Scully always get the 'less-than-glamorous' assignments?

Anyway, the plot sounds like the kind of stuff that made "The X-Files" one of the best sci fi series ever, so this new comic should be something all of us fans should be able to embrace.

Here is the first five pages from the premiere issue, courtesy of the io9 website:

Gillian Anderson Says 'Yes' To More X-Files

Written By: Ken Hulsey
Source: WENN

For some time now there has been talk that actress Gillian Anderson has had her fill of "The X-Files" franchise and wanted very strongly to 'move on'. According to Anderson, there have been rumblings to that effect, though they haven't come from her.

Anderson, who has played FBI agent Dana Scully on "The X-Files" television series from 1993 to 2002 and in two movies, is very aliment about returning to the role in a new movie, if one is produced.

Recently Anderson spoke to reporters about returning as Dana Scully saying, "There isn't any reason not to do it. I feel a commitment to that group of people I worked with and we still enjoy doing it. There is no reason not to come together and do it again. If they can pull it off, we'll find a reason to make it."

As of this time, there hasn't been any talks about a third "X-Files" film, unless Anderson knows something that nobody else does.

Maybe, at this junction, it would be good for Chris Carter to produce another film to go against adult film makers New Sensations upcoming movie, "The X-Files - A Dark XXX Parody". In that one, an Anderson look-alike will engage in,"a mass orgy sex scene with cult members" and "a threesome in an alley", according to the film's director Sam Hain.

The BBC is reportedly close to signing Gillian Anderson to play a villain in an upcoming episode of "Doctor Who." The network is already billing the battle between Anderson's character and The Doctor as 'the ultimate sc fi showdown.'

The 40 year old Anderson shot to stardom in the 1990s when she played Dana Scully alongside David Duchovny on the "X-Files" television series. The show has always been popular with fans of the sci fi genre, spawning a spin-off series and two movies. Anderson herself has always been a fan favorite, holding the title of 'sci fi's sexiest actress' for several years while the show was on the air.

It would be a major shot in the arm for the British series to land Anderson, a move which would certainly mean ratings gold on both sides of the Atlantic.

A un-named source told the British newspaper, the Daily Express, "Gillian obviously has a massive sci-fi following following and it's felt it would be a major coup to have her appear in Doctor Who.

"The team behind the show are keen for the next Doctor to have lots of new enemies and Gillian would be a glamorous and impressive addition to the list.

"It would undoubtedly be regarded as one of those great sci-fi moments if the star of The X-Files gets to clash with the Doctor."

It is interesting how things come full circle. Fans may remember when it was a big deal when Lucy Lawless of Xena fame made a guest appearance on "The X-Files." Now Anderson gets to make the cameo on "Doctor Who." Now the only way to make the circle complete is to have one of The Doctors star on one of Lucy Lawless's shows in the future, possibly, "Spartacus: Blood and Sand."
