As I explored the rich sounds of classic rock, I found myself tempted to dive into some legendary bands like RUSH, Van Halen, Boston, and Fleetwood Mac. I’m creating a playlist I’m calling "Vital Vinyl," which is shaping up to be a true “Megalist”—a thrilling collection encompassing several hundred expertly curated songs. You know the type: the kind that you hit play on and let it roll for days, immersing yourself in those feel-good vibes! If you're a fan of tunes from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, I promise this playlist is going to be one of my finest creations yet. I was genuinely surprised while putting together this collection to discover that all of these tracks are over a decade old! It’s incredible how quickly time flies, isn’t it? Our musical tastes often have a way of evolving, yet certain songs continue to resonate with us, no matter how many years pass.

There are so many bands out there trying to revive the iconic New Wave sounds of the 1980s and give them a fresh spin for today’s listeners. One group that’s made quite an entrance recently is the German trio MTTM, who just burst onto the scene last year. Many of these bands love to say, “If you’re a fan of Depeche Mode, The Cure, and New Order, then you’ll love us.” And in MTTM's case, that statement definitely holds true!
