It has been a busy week on the Guilala movie front. Earlier this week the poster for the film began showing up on Japanese web sites, and today Cinema Cafe posted the official teaser trailer. As is the case for almost all teaser trailers, you really don't see anything of value. There are a lot of big bold words in Japanese and a two second shot of Guilala and nothing else. Well...there is an add for a pair of cute little Guilala figures, that will set the average Japanese fanboy back 1500 yen. Honestly, I have to admit that I went, "oooh!", when I saw them, so it looks like I will be searching ebay soon, looking for one for myself.
Still no official word on wether Guilala will screen at Cannes. I hope to find out more about that the middle of next week. Stay Tuned!

It seems "Guilala counter attack" will be featured at Cannes in the "marche du film" section .

Switch the country to "Japan" and you'll find Guilala in the 8th page under the title "Monster X strikes back" .
