On the subject of potential Star Wars reprisals, Liam Neeson recently told Yahoo! Movies that he's interested in returning to the role of Qui-Gonn Jinn in the solo Obi-Wan movie -- as a Force ghost, of course. But he says:
"This is the first time I’m hearing of this. No one’s been in touch with me. I know in the Star Wars world anything is possible.
"In the first one, The Phantom Menace, I died. But we know, you know, Jedis come back and stuff, but no one’s been in touch. We’ll see."
Solo: A Star Wars Story opens May 25. The Obi-Wan movie is expected to begin shooting in January 2019, presumably for a 2020 release.
