New Stills From Grave Robbers From Outer Space

Christopher Kahler just sent me a quick e-mail with some brand new publicity stills from his upcoming remake of the Ed Wood classic "Plan 9 From Outer Space" called "Grave Robbers From Outer Space."

Kahler intends to expand on the story from the original by adding a back story for the Bela (Lugosi) and Vampira characters, called Phineas and Mera in the new film, plus other plot points that Wood was unable to.

Kahler's cast includes Kimberly Bendix (as Mera) Dawn Oswald (as Paula Trent), Michelle Shields, (as Officer Jamie), Joel D. Wynkoop (as Eros), Leann Van Mol (as Tanna), and Ron Blair (as Inspector Daniel Clay).

According to the director, "the filming is going even better than expected and everybody has been very pleased with it so far."

Here are the new stills from "Grave Robbers From Outer Space":

  1. This looks closer to the original than the other remake called Plan 9. I can't wait to see both though.
