Yes boys and girls, 2009 is the year of the Bigfoot movie, and out of all of them, the wildest has to be James Baack's 3D entry, "The Bloody Rage of Bigfoot." Many of you may remember a few months back when we hosted the ultra-surreal trailer for the film. Many others may have blocked it from their minds, and yet others may have had to go through therapy.
I myself, just needed a beer.
Anyway, Baack is promising that his film will be a non-stop roller coaster of gore, girls, occult rituals, more gore, more girls, girls in pig masks, clowns, girls with guns and, of course, monsters.
James was kind enough to send an email last week to announce that he has completed filming "The Bloody Rage of Bigfoot" and that he had to literally endure the wrath of God to do it.
According to the film maker, "We shot for close to 9 months and have over 20 hours of footage to go through but it is all done. We went through a series of roadblocks such as Protesters, A Tornado, Police, Angry Property Owners, and really pissed off wives, but we are all a go and on the home stretch."
The 'home stretch' will consist of cutting that 20 hours of footage down to 2 hours or less by spring of next year.
Baack has big plans for the premiere of his film, which if it all goes as planned, will more resemble a KISS concert, than a movie premiere.
James was also kind enough to ship us a huge batch of pics from "The Bloody Rage of Bigfoot", and in being consistent with most Bigfoot photography, some of the shots are of the blurry kind:
